Seriously, one of my downfalls is that I am lazy when it comes to being healthy. I used to be really athletic and sometimes I find myself stuck in what used to be instead of looking at what is and how I can change it. So, today, I logged on to my insurance website for help in managing diabetes, low back pain, cholesterol and weight. Have to log weight once a month. Maybe this will actually give me the visual motivation that I need to get back on track. I'm thinking that hiking would be good, biking would be good, walking would be good--anything other than what I'm currently doing which is nothing.
I hate laziness. I hate how it makes me feel and what it does to my life.
